WELCOME !

Welcome to my blog on Managing Everyday Stress. Starting August 1, 2009, each week I will post one tip or key concept to help you learn to manage your stress more effectively. The tips are generally simple and practical for use in your everyday life. I will share with you those tools and ideas that I have learned and found useful in my personal life as well as in my coaching of clients in managing their stress.

I welcome your comments and questions and will respond as appropriate. I have an outline I plan to follow but I will also consider deviating from my plan to respond to your requests to address specific issues.

COMING SOON! I am currently working on getting my book Managing Everyday Stress completed and published. The book covers the concepts and techniques in more detail with examples from my own life as well as tips I picked up while coaching clients in tailoring the tools and techniques to their individual lifestyles and issues. I'll let you know when my book is available!

Since sharing my knowledge rather than money is my goal, it is my intention to use this blog to interact with you and help you manage your own stress.
