HAPPY HOLIDAYS !!

I'm going to take a break from my blog through the holidays and will resume January 8, 2010. Remember to BREATHE when you are feeling stressed. Take 3 to 5 deep breaths as soon as you notice the stress/tension and tell yourself to RELAX, SLOW DOWN, THINK POSITIVELY, COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS, or ENJOY THE MOMENT (whatever applies to you in that moment). Now is also a good time to examine your expectations, to heal your relationships, and to forgive yourself and others.
